Modifications to Princeton Community Housing Operating Procedures in Response to COVID-19:

To: PCH Residents, Applicants, and Other Community Members

Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, Princeton Community Housing will be modifying the way we conduct business to further implement social distancing as recommended by the CDC in response to the evolving virus known as COVID-19. These decisions have been carefully considered by staff.

Changes to Operations will be as follows:

All events, except the Congregate Program and other food/well-being programs, will be canceled from March 16th — April 6th. We will reassess on April 6th and will advise the community.

All PCH Management Offices, including Princeton Community Village, Elm Court, Harriet Bryan House, Griggs Farm, and Princeton Rentals will be closed to all visitors during business hours for the two-week period, March 16th to March 30th. Doors will remain locked during the day. Please check the Princeton Community Housing website at to find the email and phone contact information for the Management Office that you need to reach.

Anyone needing to get documents to any Management Office can use the drop box located outside the door to the Management Office. If documents are too large for the dropbox, please mail the documents or call and arrange for a document exchange outside of the building. Princeton Community Housing will do its best to communicate electronically or by mail with our visitors.

Applications for affordable rental housing will continue to be accepted electronically at

Residents are encouraged to provide their email addresses to their respective management office if they already have not done so.

We will provide updates on this website and at the local management offices as more information is available.

I understand that these changes may be disappointing and inconvenient for our residents and community, however, these are unprecedented times for all of us. Princeton Community Housing is committed to providing quality community service that puts the safety of our residents and our employees first.

Please stay up-to-date on COVID-19 by checking the CDC website at
