Since its inception in 1967, Princeton Community Housing has collaborated with the greater Princeton community to help support our mission to provide, manage and advocate for affordable housing. The Trustees and staff of PCH are grateful for this support and we always welcome contributions of time and resources from individuals and organizations.

In addition to our previous Capital Campaign (“One Home at a Time”) which raised over $100,000 to purchase two new affordable homes in Princeton, contributions from special events like the 2017 Gala, the Bird House Auction and regular contributions from individuals and organizations strengthen our work in the community to create and sustain a diverse and thriving Princeton. For example, Elm Court received a donation from Borden Perlman in 2012 to help purchase a new maintenance truck. Please contact us to discuss a tax-deductible gift, a bequest of land, or other charitable donations.

Likewise, we benefit from contributions from local organizations. We have worked with the Stony Brook Garden Club, Mercer Street Friends, the Arts Council of Princeton, Princeton University, and the Johnson Park School to extend the scope of programs to residents. The YMCA’s Princeton Young Achievers program at Princeton Community Village continues to provide elementary school students with after-school homework assistance and educational support. In the past, community groups and individuals have offered our residents tours of Princeton Art Museum, musical concerts, gardening expertise, donations of food and toys during the holidays, exercise and wellness classes, after-school enrichment and literacy programs, meditation workshops and art lessons.
