In 1985, Princeton Community Housing purchased 26.5 acres on Route 206 and began construction at Griggs Farm which was completed in 1989. Griggs Farm is a combination of privately owned market rate townhomes, condominiums, and moderate-income sales units.  

Griggs Farm, Inc., a PCH entity, owns and manages 70 low-income rental units within the Griggs Farm.  Rent is based upon the tenants’ income, with no rent exceeding 30% of their gross income.

Griggs Farm is a vibrant community with a Clubhouse, tennis courts, children’s play area, and an active Condominium Association. Located between Route 206 and Cherry Valley Road in Princeton, Griggs Farm is near local stores, services, and public transportation that is provided by New Jersey Transit.
