About Griggs Farm
Construction of Griggs Farm began in 1985 after Princeton Community Housing (PCH) purchased 26.5 acres along Route 206. The community was completed in 1989 and includes a mix of privately owned market-rate townhomes, condominiums, moderate-income for-sale homes, and affordable rental apartments.
Griggs Farm, Inc., a PCH entity, owns and manages 70 affordable rental homes within the community. Initial rents are based on household income, with eligible residents paying no more than 30% of their total gross household income toward rent.
Griggs Farm offers a welcoming neighborhood environment with amenities including a clubhouse, tennis courts, a children's playground, and an active Condominium Association. Conveniently located between Route 206 and Cherry Valley Road in Princeton, the community is close to shopping, services, and other local amenities.
Residents also have access to weekly transportation services to grocery stores, the hospital, the Princeton Shopping Center, Palmer Square, and local places of worship through transportation programs provided by Princeton, Princeton Community Housing, and Mercer County.
