About Princeton Community Village
Princeton Community Village (PCV) is PCH’s first and largest neighborhood, providing high-quality low- and moderate-income housing for families and individuals since 1975. Today, the community offers a total of 263 homes. There are 71 one-bedroom apartments in Holly House, a six-story mid-rise building, and 167 two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhouses in the Village’s neighborhoods. The new Jim and Fannie Floyd House, opened in 2023, features 25 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The neighborhood also includes the Marcy T. Crimmins Learning Center, the Ted Vial Clubhouse, and a community garden.
PCV, or “The Village”, is located at Karl Light Boulevard off Bunn Drive at the top of the Princeton ridge and is nestled among the trees in a park-like setting. It is within walking distance of the Princeton Shopping Center. Public transportation is available from New Jersey Transit and the local Princeton Loop Bus.
Minimum and maximum rents are set for households based on household income, according to HUD or NJ Uniform Housing Affordability Controls (UHAC) rent formulas. PCV, a HUD Section 236 development, receives selected Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) rental subsidies.
