Ramon is grateful to raise his children in a community that is not only safe, friendly, and provides a multitude of opportunities, but has a diverse population that differs in religious, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Shelley is comforted knowing that she has a welcoming and safe home at Elm Court as she ages. 

Not having to carry the burden of financial stress, which has been relieved due to an income-adjusted rent, has eased her mind- she loves living in a safe community.
