Princeton Ornithological Community Housing
First and foremost, C & C Construction Management Inc. is honored to participate in this Birdhouse Project along side of and for the Princeton Community Village, a worthy and wonderful association with an end goal of humanitarianism, something we all should strive towards.
My design is meant to embody the manner in which we build for our clients, communities, friends and family and that is with experience, trust, integrity and with a singular focus that is solution oriented towards achieving the end goal. A simple yet elegant birdhouse being constructed with clean lines I believe is a perfect way to shed light to all of these traits.
May this birdhouse add life and aesthetic value to the area in which it will reside much as we hope our builds do to each an every community we build in.

Princeton Community Village
HOST
Princeton Community Village (PCV), the oldest and largest neighborhood developed and managed by Princeton Community Housing, celebrated its 50th anniversary this year. Since welcoming its first residents in 1975, PCV has grown to offer a total of 263 high-quality homes for low- and moderate-income families. Its most recent addition, the Jim and Fannie Floyd House (pictured above), added 25 new affordable homes to the community when it opened in 2023. It was constructed by C & C Construction.

Princeton Community Housing is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides, manages, and advocates for affordable, safe and well-maintained homes, offering all people the opportunity to build more productive and fulfilling lives.
We envision Princeton as a vibrant, inclusive community that is home to people of all income levels.
In 2025, our largest and oldest community, Princeton Community Village, celebrated its 50th anniversary, and our first senior community, Elm Court, celebrated its 40th anniversary. All proceeds from The Birdhouse Project underwrote community-wide celebrations this past summer for our residents. By supporting us, you can help ensure milestone events to come— planned, organized, and celebrated with our neighbors.
Community is our Middle Name.
