Where Creativity Takes Flight

MGW is proud to partner with PCH in support of their mission to uplift our community through purposeful, creative collaborations. Our contribution, a handcrafted birdhouse condominium, serves as a symbol of what can be achieved when construction expertise and community values come together.

This small-scale project gave us the opportunity to reflect MGW’s core strengths: adaptability, craftsmanship, and sustainability. Each birdhouse was uniquely designed using entirely recycled materials salvaged from MGW job sites from tile and cedar shingles to repurposed paneling and even copper siding. The variety in style from modern and coastal to traditional and bold showcases the creativity our team brings to every challenge, no matter the scale.

At MGW, we believe that building responsibly means not only reducing waste but also contributing to something greater. Whether we’re delivering complex commercial work, custom residential builds, or collaborative creative efforts like this one, our goal remains the same: to build with care, innovation, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.

We’re honored to support PCH’s vision and hope our birdhouse inspires others to think beyond convention and see the potential in every project big or small.

Princeton Community Housing is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides, manages, and advocates for affordable, safe and well-maintained homes, offering all people the opportunity to build more productive and fulfilling lives.

We envision Princeton as a vibrant, inclusive community that is home to people of all income levels.

In 2025, our largest and oldest community, Princeton Community Village, celebrated its 50th anniversary, and our first senior community, Elm Court, celebrated its 40th anniversary. All proceeds from The Birdhouse Project underwrote community-wide celebrations this past summer for our residents. By supporting us, you can help ensure milestone events to come— planned, organized, and celebrated with our neighbors.

Community is our Middle Name.

Thank you to our generous Sponsors of the Birdhouse Project!

…and thank you to our friends!
