Why PCH? Why were you interested in joining the PCH Board and working for affordable housing in Princeton? And how long have you been on the Board?

I grew up with two uncles and a brother that were executive directors in public housing in North Carolina. I have seen their passion and how they have championed fair and equitable housing most of my life. I joined the PCH board in 2021.

What is your professional background?

I am the Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management at Church & Dwight. I wear multiple hats in a role like this which I love. It means I get to positively impact the growth and journey of employees while at Church & Dwight. I have the pleasure of creating a workplace where people can find a sense of belonging and be appreciated for the diversity they bring.

How long have you been in the Princeton area and why did you come to this community?

I moved to the Princeton area three years ago when I joined Church & Dwight. It was a perfect move for my family and me. We have enjoyed the schools, community, and arts in the area.

My favorite thing about Princeton is all the wonderful local businesses. I am in my happy space when I am walking around Princeton and finding something new in one of their shops.
